Introducing a captivating modern home nestled in the prestigious M Streets of Dallas, where clean lines, warm wood tones, statement artwork, and contemporary elements converge to create a relaxed yet sophisticated family friendly home. Our clients sought a space that would showcase their love for literature, bold art, and fine wine, while also incorporating durable and functional elements.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a striking natural wood cabinet with closed doors, providing a stylish and practical storage solution for deliveries. The cabinet's rich tones contrast beautifully against the black background, reflecting our clients' appreciation for solid wood items. Adding to the grandeur of the entrance is a dramatic metal staircase that serves as a stunning architectural focal point, setting the tone for the rest of the home.

In the primary suite, we crafted an airy ambiance with intriguing elements like the floating nightstands and artisan chair that complement the bed. To celebrate our clients' cherished wedding memories amidst nature in Lebanon, we displayed a prominent black and white photograph in their primary bedroom, adding a personal touch to the space.

The living area seamlessly blends modern design with our clients' exquisite taste in art, featuring a comfortable sofa and sling back leather chairs. We also designed a hidden dream mixologist's station, complete with a wine cabinet situated in close proximity to the entertaining area.

The hallway showcases our clients' love for reading with a custom-built bookshelf, housing their treasured collection. We also honored the husband's journey to America by prominently displaying his briefcase, which once held all of his possessions.

The open-concept dining room serves as a refreshing pause between the living and kitchen areas, with sculptural light fixture and a flat weave rug inspired by South African patterns, a sculptural lighting feature, and a stunning credenza that contrasts with the light surroundings.

In the kitchen, bold black light fixtures create a dramatic contrast, bringing the space to life against the sleek minimalist cabinet design.

The children's rooms are thoughtfully designed to cater to their individual interests and personalities. One room is centered around a beloved bunk bed, featuring a bespoke vanity and desk for crafting, a lounge area for reading, and a whimsical swing for effortless play, while the other exudes serenity and lightness, with natural wood tones and pops of color. Artwork created by the children is tastefully showcased in acrylic frames with standoffs, adding a personal touch to the space.
